Daou Vineyards proclaims Soul of a Lion as its crown jewel, the emblem of their quest to masterfully craft Cabernet Sauvignon from the Daou Mountain terroir. Aged 22 months in new French oak.
Tasting Notes:
Deep and rich in color, this Bordeaux-style blend slowly reveals a nose including graphite, baking spice, and dark fruit jam. On the palate, flavors of plum, cassis and a slight cocoa essence blend with earthy notes of leather and mineral. The exquisitely long finish offers enduring floral and iron tones.

75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc, 10% Petit Verdot
