I read so many great reviews about this website so thought I would order a basket for my friend who recently had a baby. The basket was delivered on time according to the tracking information, but they just left it on the doorstep. Because they go in and out through the garage, they didn't even see the basket until the next day after I asked her about it. She said it was beautifully wrapped, but I can't attest to its condition after sitting outside for 24 hours in the blazing Florida heat. Delivery should require a signature, or at least verification that someone actually received it rather than just drop it and leave. I had wanted it to be a surprise, but I guess from now on if I send a basket I need to tell the recipient to expect a delivery. I suppose that was an error on my part which is why I only took away 1 star.

When he arrived home, he could not understand what he had purchased and delivered through FEDEX. Well, he got the package and told me how greatly surprised he was and was brought to tears. This is such a lovely gift and the trunk he told me is absolutely beautiful and useful after all the goodies are gone. He started eating the candy that night. This time I ordered a birthday gift for my son, but it didn't come on the date of his birthday. Fed Ex messed up everything! This gift was delivered three days from the time I completed my order. It was suppose to be delivered over night.
Their customer service manager is a real lady manager! Her words made my disappointment fade a way.
On top of that I got credit back! Full refund!!!
As all their gifts are so extraordinary and my son was really impressed with his gift. Very beautiful presentation, like a sweet world in a chess, full of surprises.
