Chateau Montmore Brut Cuvee, North Coast California
The light straw color of this soft-bodied brut cuvee boasts delicate aromas of honey, apple blossom and buttered brioche. On the palate, flavors of peach, apple and white cherry complement the flinty finish. A delicious North Coast brut to sip on its own or with an appetizer before dinner.
Istro North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon
Smoked walnut and black cherries on the nose lead to ripe plum and a satin vanilla mouthfeel with a long and subtle finish in this cabernet. Perfect on it's own, or ideally paired with beef burgundy and braised red cabbage.
