Do you guarantee my delivery date?

Our shipping partners are unable to guarantee delivery dates during this global pandemic; therefore, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates.

We can guarantee that we will prepare your order for shipping in a timely manner; however, during COVID-19 we're seeing more carrier delays than usual. We cannot guarantee that our shipping partner can pick up the order on the date we request, nor can we guarantee delivery on or by a certain date. We recommend selecting an early shipping date to account for these potential delays.

What time are deliveries made?

Deliveries are made by FedEx, UPS or USPS and arrive at your recipients' door between 8am and 8pm (sometimes up until 9pm during higher volume holiday periods.)

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all of our Gift Baskets and Personalized Gift items. Due to increased shipping demand during COVID-19, our shipping partners are adding a peak-season surcharge. While we continue to offer free standard shipping, we are passing along this small surcharge to our customers.

Do you offer faster shipping options?

For quicker shipping, we offer expedited shipping. The cost will vary. To see the cost for a specific gift, add a gift to your shopping cart and enter the delivery zip code. We've done all the calculations for you and our calendar will display all shipping options for your gift based on the delivery area. Please note that expedited shipping is also subject to delays that are out of our control.

What if I'm shipping multiple gifts to one location?

We always offer free standard shipping options for our gifts! If you are selecting an expedited shipping method, there will be a cost for each individual item.

While shipping these gifts, especially with heavy wine bottles and food components, we've found that we must package the contents securely enough to protect each individual item and the integrity of the basket as a whole.

What should I know about shipping alcohol?

All gifts containing alcohol will require an adult over 21 to be at the delivery location at the time of delivery and there is a $4.95 alcohol signature fee required by FedEx and UPS per package. We’re sorry, there are no exceptions to this! If the shipper arrives to find there is no one available to sign for your gift, the driver will leave a door tag behind to notify your recipient of the unsuccessful attempt.

What if the address is incorrect, incomplete, or I need to change the delivery?

We will be happy to update this information with the shippers, just keep in mind there can be fees and restrictions involved to make a change once a package has been shipped. Please contact our Customer Service team to discuss all available options.

What should I know about shipping chocolates or fruit?

During the warm summer months, we will restrict the amount of time your gift can be in transit to avoid any spoiling from happening. If your delivery location is beyond a 2-day transit window from any of our offices, we may require expedited shipping. These costs will be shown on the delivery date calendar during checkout. As part of our always free standard shipping, you will only pay the upgrade cost for any expedited delivery.

What if my gift is returned?

We will happily issue an in-store credit for the purchase price of your gift! Or, if you wish to have the gift re-sent, please reach our customer service team to initiate a replacement.

Flowers, Balloons and Fruit Baskets

How are these delivered?

Most of our floral arrangements and balloon bouquets are hand-made and delivered to your gift recipient's home or office by our local florists that we partner with. We have a small selection as well of flowers and plants that are shipped via UPS Next Day Air.

Can you deliver same day?

Yes! Our florist delivered flowers and balloons can be delivered the same day if you order by 1:00 PM in your recipient's time zone, Monday through Friday.

Most fruit baskets are available for next day delivery if ordered before 12:00 PM Monday through Thursday in the recipient's time zone.

In some areas, we may need additional prep time for the delivery of fruit baskets due to limited supplies during COVID-19.

What time will the delivery be made?

The local florists that we partner with deliver anytime between 8am and 5pm to businesses and 8am and 7pm to residences. During major floral holidays such as Valentines and Mothers Day, deliveries can be made up until 9pm. We are unable to accommodate delivery time requests.

Are there any locations you cannot deliver to?

Delivery to very rural areas, military bases, convention centers, cruise ships and airports may not be possible at any time. We will contact you by phone to make alternate arrangements should we encounter difficulties scheduling delivery to this type of location.

The physical street address of the recipient's home or workplace is required; a post office box number is not accepted for these highly perishable goods.

What should I know about delivering to hospitals?

For delivery to hospitals, please include recipient's room number, and ensure before ordering that recipient is not scheduled for discharge within the window of delivery.

For patients in critical care, floral arrangements, fruit baskets or balloons may not be permissible. Telephone the hospital before ordering to inquire about their policies.

Some hospitals are not currently accepting deliveries due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. If we find delivery is unable to be made to this location we will contact you by phone to make alternate plans.

What should I know about deliveries for funeral services?

When ordering funeral flowers, please include the name of the deceased as well as the funeral home to ensure a successful delivery.

If the services are being held at a church, it is helpful to know the hours that someone will be available to begin accepting deliveries.

What information do I need to place an order?

Full and complete delivery address information is the only way to ensure a successful delivery. Please provide a first and last name, business name (if applicable), full street address, suite/apartment number and recipient's telephone number during the ordering process.

What happens if no one is home?

If no one is there to receive delivery, our courier will make any decisions concerning the safety of the location to leave the arrangement, or will attempt delivery at a later time.

What about delivering on holidays?

In the case of holidays, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, order early to ensure delivery on or before the holiday (above restrictions apply).

How can I track my order?

Because our hand delivered flowers, balloons and fruit baskets are freshly made and locally delivered we are unable to provide up-to-the-minute ETA’s, statuses, or online tracking. We do have access to delivery confirmations from our local florists and typically receive those 24 hours after the scheduled delivery date.
