Q.

How does the birthday club work?

A.

Visit our Birthday Club Page, download and fill out our birthday club order form with names, birthdays, addresses, and the gift(s) you’d like shipped. Then, email it to us at birthdayclub@gifttree.com. Once received, we’ll send you a confirmation and take care of the rest, making sure to ship the gifts out in a timely manner to each recipient!



*We require our birthday club order form to be filled out in our format to ensure your order is entered accurately, quickly, & smoothly. If the form is re-formatted, it can result in errors to occur and longer processing time (filters added, rows/columns hidden, columns removed/added, cells merged, or information entered into the cells incorrectly) there will be a $2 - $4 data entry fee per recipient.

Do you offer bulk ordering?

A.

Yes! Download and fill out our bulk order form here, then upload it here or simply email it to us at businessgifting@gifttree.com. The size and details of your order will determine the ship date. A Business Team representative will let you know the soonest we can ship the order out.

How can I make sure I receive special discounts and promotions?

A.

To receive special promotions directly to your email inbox, sign up to receive the latest and greatest discounts by entering your email address at the bottom of our homepage www.GiftTree.com. Each discount is available for a limited time only and cannot be combined with any other discount offers, nor can they be applied to pending or previous orders.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! We apply discounts for bulk orders depending on quantity and product selection. Discounts on bulk orders cannot be combined with other discounts and not all products are eligible for a discount.

Shipping

Can items be consolidated into larger boxes?

A.

Gift Baskets, and Chests cannot be combined into larger boxes. However, we can ship them on a pallet. The minimum quantity required for a pallet shipment is 20 units. Mailers and smaller items can be consolidated into larger boxes. Minimum quantity required for consolidating into a larger box is 10 units.

Can items be shipped on pallets?

A.

Yes. The minimum quantity required for a pallet shipment is 20 units. Pallet freight charge varies depending on quantity and product. The minimum charge is $300.

When are pallets delivered?

A.

Pallet shipments are delivered business days Monday - Friday. The days before and after a holiday do not count as transit days. Deliveries normally made between 8 AM and 5 PM. Specific delivery times not available. Delivery dates are estimated. Weather, construction, or other occurrences could delay a shipment.  We recommend purchasing early to ensure your gifts are delivered within your desired time frame.

Do you offer shipping quotes?

A.

Yes! We must have the exact quantity of gifts you want to purchase before running a shipping quote.

What information do you need to create a shipping quote?

A.

Please email  businessgifting@gifttree.com to get in touch with a business team representative regarding shipping. They will need the following information:

  1. The gift name, or gift # you would like to order.
  2. Whether you would like your gifts personalized.
  3. The order quantity.
  4. The complete delivery address including zip code and business name of location.
  5. Name and phone number of a contact person that will physically be at the delivery location. (Some carriers call before delivery to verify someone is there.)
  6. Does the delivery location have a loading dock?
  7. If yes, what type of loading dock? (We need to know if there is a decline, incline, or hang over. This may require a special truck)
  8. If no loading dock, we are unable to do a pallet shipment to your delivery location. The gifts will need to ship individually.
  9. Once the business team rep has this information, they will submit a shipping quote request to our shipping department. It can take up to 24-48 hours for a shipping quote to be provided

How long before ship date is payment due?

A.

We must have payment and signed Order Acknowledgment form for orders going to 1 location at least 2 days before the ship date. In some cases, earlier depending on the size of the order and if there is any personalization, or custom card insertion involved. You can verify this with a Business Team Representative.

Packaging and Presentation

Q.

Do gifts arrive in display form exactly as shown on your website?

A.

The gift images shown on our website are for display purposes. In order to utilize efficient shipping practices and for the protection of the gifts during transit, gifts are shipped with the components compactly organized into the container. Gifts do not arrive in display form as shown. To experience the gift opening first hand, watch our unboxing video!

What are mailers and how are they different from other shipped gifts?

A.

Mailers do not get shipped inside of a shipping box. The box (mailer) shown in the image is the box the components will be shipped in. Our website will say in the description tab if the gift is in a mailer.

Card Messages

Q.

Do you offer card message printing?

A.

Yes! Our card messages can hold 250 characters (including spaces & punctuation). They measure approximately 3 " wide x 4" long. Please make sure to include your signature on your card messages so the recipients know whom the gift is from. Card messages are inserted into custom sized elegant envelopes to specifically fit our card messages. Card messages are safely placed inside of the package for the recipient to easily find.

Custom Cards

I have my own holiday cards. Can you send those with my gifts?

A.

Yes! If you have special cards that you would like to send to us to include with your gifts we can do this. We will need your list of recipients before you send us the custom cards to include with your gifts. Custom cards must all be the same design.

*Orders with custom cards for December must be placed in November

How much do custom cards cost?

A.

For custom cards, there is a $10 fee additional per gift.

What is the process for sending custom cards?

A.

We will need your list of recipients before you send us the custom cards to include with your gifts. Our inventory and where the majority of the delivery addresses are located will determine which warehouse you will need to send the cards to. A business services team representative will provide you with the address.

Do you ship to Canada?

A.

Yes! Our masterful selection of gifts available for Canadian shipping can be found here. There's something for everyone, from wine and cheese to chocolate and gourmet snacks. We also offer hand-delivered flowers and fruit baskets within Canada, through the local florists in our vast network.
