One of the most allocated and collectible Cabernets in the world, Caymus Vineyards Special Selection is crafted from the outstanding barrels of the vintage. Special Selection is produced only in vintages that proprietor Chuck Wagner feels are suitable for this designation. It's the only wine to ever be named Wine Spectator's "Wine of the Year" twice, and this is one of their best ever.

Tasting Notes:

Caymus Special Selection remains one of the top producers of the supple side of the style range in Napa. The wine is polished, soft and elegant. But it's not light. It's packed with spicy black and red berries, vanilla, smoke, caramel and blackberries and ends with a long, pure, silky finish.

Blend:

About 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 14% Merlot.

Cellaring:

Drink now through 2020.
