Acclaim:

Fine bubbles that evolve slowly forming rosaries and a crown. Clean aromas, very frank and fruity with a marked presence of ripe fruit and soft toasted nuances in perfect harmony and equilibrium. Elegant notes of walnuts and apple sauce; delicate floral notes. In the mouth it is sensual & very creamy. Clear ripe fruit notes over the fine toasted & smoky hints at the back; buttery and velvety; perfectly balanced with a long finish. Absolutely wonderful!

Tasting Notes:

Straw colour with golden hues. Slow- evolving, fine and persistent bubbles. Aroma: Clean and bright. Sweet aroma with creamy notes of ripe fruit and vanilla; slightly toasted with a balmy smoked background and good complexity. Finish: Fine and elegant first taste with perfectly integrated bubbles. Pleasant evolution with a silky froth against a vanilla, ripe fruit, toasted and truffle background. Very long and complex aftertaste where vanilla stands out on a toasted and butter background resulting from the long ageing process.

Blend:

45% Macabeu, 20% Xare'lo, 35% Parellada.

Cellaring:

With proper cellaring it should give drinking pleasure through 2018+.
