Tasting Notes:
The 2008 vintage possesses tremendous density, concentration, and ample fine tannins. It announces itself dramatically with a full lush entry, developing into a broad, rich, and enrobing wine that coats the mouth with concentrated dark fruit flavors balanced by a well-integrated sweetness from the oak.
Blend:
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carmenere, and Cabernet Franc
Cellaring:
Full and dramatic early on, but will age gracefully beyond 2013.

A profusion of aromas - cr?me de cassis, black cherry coulis, anise, violet, black olive, fresh herb and smoke - spill out of the glass and scent the room. Profoundly deep, complex flavors echo the aroma with firm, well-integrated tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, cocoa-mineral finish.
Tasting Notes:
Saturated red-ruby. Currant, graphite, wild herbs, cedar and sexy oak on the nose, lifted by a floral topnote. A broad and very elegant midweight, with lively cassis and floral flavors burnished by mellow oak tones. Lovely fine-grained, long cabernet with excellent lift.
Blend:
Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
Cellaring:
With proper cellaring, this wine should give drinking pleasure through 2023.
