Tasting Notes:

The 2007 vintage is full-bodied, medium sweet, and very, very dense. Its seductive mouthfeel and polished, round tannins caresses the palate as flavors of sweet crushed strawberry flavors, spice, and black fig unfurl. Ends lavishly with a very long finish.

Cellaring:

At the moment, the wine is all fruit, but it will show more structure over time and hit its peak in 10 years.
