His 100% Ark Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons are rare, highly sought-after, and consistently met with critical acclaim. The most common characteristic among all of the Hundred Acre Cabernet Sauvignons is their incredibly opulent, creamy textures.

Tasting Notes:

A beautifully dense, full-bodied Cabernet with dazzling fragrance and extravagant fruit character. Sweet and lush, with lovely energy and a distinctly rocky mineral character contributing to the wine's suave impression, the 2006 vintage finishes firmly tannic, bright and spicy, with terrific persistence. A serious wine for those who expect nothing but the best.
