      I ordered the cookie and fruit basket to be delivered to a bed and breakfast in NYC in time for our arrival. It was in the room when we walked in! The basket was beautiful and had several pieces of fruit, different kinds of cookies and two chocolate bars. The snickerdoodle cookie was particularly delicious!!

      I did not see the basket, it was a gift sent to someone in another city. Therefore I cannot rate it 5 stars to know whether it was exactly like the picture. However, I got a beautiful thank you note saying that the cookies were delicious and the fruit was the best they had tasted. The gift was delivered exactly when you said it would be delivered, and I received email updates.

      however, the delivery man left the basket
      out in the cold all day till my cousin got home. i gave the telephhone number and with all the snow there i would of thought since i was sending fresh fruit they would of called her.
      she said the cookies were fine, delicious, but the fruit was mush after it thawed out

      i got a gift certificate for $10 when i sent an email about delivery...since there isn't anything that costs $10 i would have to spend another $20 minimum to use it...
      better option would of been to send her a few more pears and apples...like $10 worth.

      The company I sent the gift to like it very much.

      But I was a little disappointed at first at the presentation. I guese I was expecting it to look like the picture, wrapped in a plastic foil, then realized it was been shipped from outside chicago hence in a box.

      This was given to an employee whose mother passed away. She said the basket was very pretty and could be used maybe at Easter time. Said the fruit was good, cookies were yummy and chocolate is always good! Flowers are nice by they don't last long. When you have family and friends over, you set the fruit out at breakfast time and cookies and candy for dessert.
