    Send a Smile Bouquet is a hand delivered gift. These gifts are delivered by one of our local design centers located throughout the United States and Canada.

    Typically, standard deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with business deliveries before 5:00 PM. Hours may be extended during holidays. Please note in some locations we may need an additional 24 hours for the delivery of exotic flowers, wine and fruit baskets.

    Same day delivery is available for most gifts when ordered before the cutoff time. The cutoff time for Send a Smile Bouquet is 10 AM in the recipient's time zone.

      I sent this to my niece once she got home from the hospital after surgery. It really brightened her day and she sent me a picture - it was exactly as your ad showed. Gorgeous! My only complaint is that I ordered and paid for 2 balloons, yet she only received 1. hmmm, will my credit card see an adjustment? I'm sure it was just an error and I don't think it will keep me from ordering again. But the balloons were $18, expensive - a debit would be nice.
