The Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon 2004 is regarded as a benchmark varietal Cabernet. The wine is firm in texture with mildly chewy tannins and defined blackberry and cassis flavors. A stylish wine that is both full-bodied and approachable. Pairs well with duck and game dishes.
