Kestrel Cabernet Sauvignon -- A complex and full bodied wine with notes of blackberry, vanilla, caramel, and sweet bell pepper. The balance between tannins and fruit is extremely good, giving this wine some real aging potential.

Kestrel Chardonnay -- This wine is the result of a late harvest and is literally bursting with fruit flavors such as mandarin orange, lychee, apricot, golden raisin, and honeysuckle.
