Wine Info

Kestrel Merlot -- A prized Washington State wine and the product of an exceptional growing season. The wine is noted for its deep crimson-purple color, full body, and lingering finish. Multiple layers of ripe black cherry, black raspberry, plum, and fig can be detected on the palate. Finishes smooth.

Kestrel Cabernet Sauvignon -- A complex and full bodied wine with notes of blackberry, vanilla, caramel, and sweet bell pepper. The balance between tannins and fruit is extremely good, giving this wine some real aging potential.

Kestrel Chardonnay -- This wine is the result of a late harvest and is literally bursting with fruit flavors such as mandarin orange, lychee, apricot, golden raisin, and honeysuckle. The wine is balanced and the finish lingers for minutes on your palate. Ideal with fresh fruit, desserts, and select cheeses.
