Uplifting at a time of sorrow May 10, 2013

My sister-in-law appreciated this basket so much. By the time I arrived a few days later everything had been eaten, and much enjoyed, but the pineapple, which family members teased they were fighting over. It was so much better than the other flowers which were already drooping or live plants which were going neglected in the aftermath of her husband's death.

      Lovely Basket April 22, 2013

This basket was purchased for delivery following a family members burial. It was a beautifully presented basket with a nice array of fruits and snacks to choose from. It was very appreciated by the receivers because they were able to choose from many items to snack on without having to prepare anything.

I did not see the fruit basket as it was sent as a sympathy basket, but the recipient told me that the fruit was delicious:) I would be happy to use this business again!

      Not What I Expected March 13, 2013

I have ordered from GiftTree on numerous occassions, this is the first time I have been disappointed. I'm aware the baskets are packaged according to location, however the variation from the picture was disappointing. Although the fruit was large, there was only fruit, cheese & bread. There was no sausage or cookies, nuts or candy. I also made the selection based on the basket having a handle and the one delivered didn't. I will continue to order from GiftTree and still recommend them, as my overall experiences have been very good.

      close call February 28, 2013

It looked appropriate, . and so I sent it to a bereaved family...Then I took a closer look...was that summer sausage in the middle top row??????. The basket was going to a kosher family . All unkosher meats were forbidden... I panicked . I called customer service and the pleasant lady said she would get right on it and call me back. The call back came in about 15 minutes. She had called the provider and found that there were no meats in the basket I sent. One should be aware of this. It was a close call, as different providers make the baskets in different areas. Thanks customer service.

Excellent alternative to sympathy flowers January 11, 2013

I've used Gift Tree for a year now and my best friend lost his grandmother during the Christmas holiday! I sent this gift basket to their family as an alternative to the traditional sympathy flowers! His mother loved it. I was happy that I could brighten their day just a little bit, it was very hard for them to deal with the loss right at the holidays! Thank you Gift Tree, I'm so glad I found you last year!

      Happy Co-workers! October 18, 2012

I'm usually the go-to person in my office when it comes to sending out sympathy and get well gifts etc. I came across Gifttree.com when searching for something that was of better quality than others I've tried. Online gift baskets can be a challenge because they are almost never the same as they are presented when you received them, but this basket and others I have ordered have exceeded our expectations!
I have ordered over 8 baskets in the last six months and all my co-workers that have received them cannot stop talking about how beautiful they are. So from now on this go-to gal's go-to website is gifttree.com!
