Wine Info1999 Dominus Estate Napa Valley - Rated 95 points by Wine Spectator. An extraordinary wine. A wine of great intensity, depth and complexity. Beautifully crafted, ripe, rich and creamy, showing off pretty vanilla and mocha-scented oak before a deep core of currant, blackberry, black cherry and minerally flavors fold in. Firm tannins add structure on the finish. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Best from 2004 through 2014.
Beringer Sauvignon Blanc 2005 - Wonderful grapefruit, guava and melon aromas that lead into citrus and melon flavors. There is a slight grassy backnote with a hint of honey and a balanced acidity that leads into a citrus finish. Try with halibut.
Chateau St Jean Pinot Noir 2002 - Lovely aromas of raspberries, black plums, rose petals, cola and mocha welcome you in the glass of the Pinot. On the palette, this wine is velvety and satisfying with a gorgeous texture.
