Summerfield Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon - Packed full of blackcurrant, mint and vanilla, it finishes with floral over tones on the bouquet. The pallet is full with black berries, mint, and long soft tannins. A wine with beautiful structure that should live for many years. Drink: 2007-2020.

Chateau Ste. Michelle Sauvignon Blanc - The wine offers flavors of white grapefruit and lime with hints of fresh herbs. Partial stainless steel fermentation gives this wine a crisp, vibrant fruit appeal.

Chateau Ste. Jean Sonoma Merlot - Aromas of sweet black cherry, black plum and toasted almonds burst from the glass. These bright fruit characters carry over onto the palate and mingle with notes of blackberry, dark chocolate and clove. A rich and full mid-palate, with polished tannins, leads to a lush finish with cassis on the close.
