Caymus 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley Special Selection - Wine Spectator's #1 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. Rated 96 points by The Wine Advocate and 93 points by Wine Spectator. Dark, intense ruby color. Wonderful aromas of ripe berries are followed by concentrated flavors of black currant, black cherry, hints of mocha and a touch of spice. The deep flavors expand during an extremely long finish, rounded out by a full-bodied mouth feel and velvety tannins.

Beringer Sauvignon Blanc 2005 - Wonderful grapefruit, guava and melon aromas that lead into citrus and melon flavors. There is a slight grassy backnote with a hint of honey and a balanced acidity that leads into a citrus finish. Try with halibut.

Chateau St Jean Pinot Noir 2002 - Lovely aromas of raspberries, black plums, rose petals, cola and mocha welcome you in the glass of the Pinot. On the palette, this wine is velvety and satisfying with a gorgeous texture.
