Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley Special Selection - Wine Spectator's #1 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark, intense ruby color. Wonderful aromas of ripe berries are followed by concentrated flavors of black currant, black cherry, hints of mocha, and a touch of spice. The deep flavors expand during an extremely long finish, rounded out by a full-bodied mouthfeel and velvety tannins.

Beringer Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc - Intense grapefruit, guava, and melon aromas that lead into citrus and creme brulee flavors. There is a slight grassy backnote with a hint of honey and a balanced acidity that complements the citrus finish. Try with halibut.

Chateau St Jean Sonoma County Merlot - Lovely aromas of raspberries, black plums, rose petals, cola, and mocha welcome you in the glass of this highly enjoyable red. On the palette, this wine is velvety and satisfying with a gorgeous texture. An ideal sipping wine.
