  • Congratulations Balloons & Bear-6 Mixed is a hand delivered gift. These gifts are delivered by one of our local design centers located throughout the United States and Canada.

    Typically, standard deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with business deliveries before 5:00 PM. Hours may be extended during holidays. Please note in some locations we may need an additional 24 hours for the delivery of exotic flowers, wine and fruit baskets.

    Same day delivery is available for most gifts when ordered before the cutoff time. The cutoff time for Congratulations Balloons & Bear-6 Mixed is in the recipient's time zone.

      First time using Gift Tree and was a little nervous...they have more than impressed me! Within 3 hours of placing my order the bouquet and stuffed pink puppy was delivered to the recipient. They pay close attention to every detail, the pink puppy was perfect for the little girl!

      Her eyes lit up and a smile streatched across her rosey cheeks when they bouquet was delivered...first time she smiled in 2 days during her hospital stay!

      Good deal for the money. Balloons were great, teddy bear and chocolates were much bigger than expected. Arrived in time to give congrats to my kindergarten graduate before going on stage. This was a last minute idea which came together with the timely delivery.
      Will definitely purchase from this sight again.

      My little Niece was admitted into the hospital and was very frightened and scared. I ordered the teddy bear and balloon set and was surprised to see that it was DELIVERED within the HOUR! The balloons and Teddy bear cheered her right up. Now everytime the Dr. has to do anything to her, he also does it to the bear :) She now has a little friend helping her through these hard times.

      Get Well Balloons Teddy Bear! March 26, 2012

      I had these "Get Well" Balloons & Teddy Bear sent to a friends mother who was in the hospital recovering from (cancer) surgery. He called to let me know that his mom had been really depressed, but after receiveing the balloons & teddy bear - she was so happy! He said she loved the balloons and was hugging her teddy bear! (I'm glad I decided to include the Teddy-Bear)! Although the hospital wouldn't allow the latex balloons, the florist replaced them with an additional mylar balloon which was actually even better!

      I would say great service but they couldn't deliver the order same day as their site suggested. Other than that the product was delivered, albeit a day late, and was as promised...mostly. The bear was not even close to the size shown in the ad but it did say that the picture was only representative and the size was adequate for my needs.

      The balloons were perfect but the bear that arrived was tiny (about 3 to 4 inches in height). I called customer service and was issued a refund of $10 for the bear. The balloon bouquets are contracted thru a local florist in the Phoenix area and not provided by GiftTree; however, I was VERY impressed at GiftTree resolution of the issue. All in all, I would recommend this product based on the quickness of the delivery and GiftTree's resolution of customer service issues (the tiny bear). If looking to order this item and you live in the Phoenix area, I'd recommend just getting the balloon bouquet without the bear.

      I didn't get to see it because sent it to a friend out of state but she loved it and she would be honest if it wasn't that great!!! She said the bear was super cute and a really good arragnement!

      I was very impressed with the communication. I was updated right along. When the hospital would not allow latex they made the appropriate change & moved forward without a glitch.
