    California is famous for Cabernet Sauvignon and the Beaulieu Vineyard Napa Valley Cabernet is a lush, intense wine with a strong, firm finish. The delicious ripe fruit flavors of blackberry and cherry make this wine stand out from the crowd. We also include a bottle of Copper Ridge California Cabernet Sauvignon to provide a nice tasting comparison.

    Oregon's premier wine is the vibrant Pinot Noir. The spicy berry flavors and touch of oak make Cooper Hill Pinot Noir a wine of exceptional intensity and depth.

  • Beaulieu Vineyard Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon - Lush aromas of red cherries and blackberries with subtle toasty vanilla and chocolate notes. On the palate the wine shows big, round, fruit-centered tannins along with toasted flavors that linger on a fine finish.

    Cooper Hill Pinot Noir - Clear ruby in color. Nice plum and earth on the nose. The berry flavors carry on through the palate. Very well made. There is a nice zingy cherry flavor with a touch of spice on the medium length finish.

    Copper Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon - This wine is bursting with ripe raspberry and black cherry on the nose and palate. It is lush and brimming with fruit while maintaining hints of dark spice that echoes across the finish. This medium-bodied wine can be enjoyed right away.
