      I had this delivered to a friend in another city as a suprise for his birthday. I added the extra plaque on the front with his last name engraved. When it arrived he took a picture and texted it to me. His exact words were "I'm humbled, it's gorgeous". The wines were divine and the additional items in the basket were all scrumptious. This is the second year I've used this service for his birthday and I will absolutely be back again next year!

      I thought what I saw on the screen was what I was purchasing. I wanted a bottle of champagne. However, they received a bottle of white wine. I would have never sent them white wine.

      So, I guess, I wish if there was a spot to select the wine desired, it was more visible. I never saw that. This basket indicated champagne, etc. to me.

      I thought the purchasing process was easy. I called customer service and they were great.

      I love all the ideas on the website and I would definitely order again. However, I will have to call customer service and see how I order the wine that I particularly want.
