Dom Perignon (1999) is the prestige cuvee of the giant Moet et Chandon Champagne house.

The initial notes of fresh almonds and grapefruit gradually lead into cashew nuts and spices complemented by lightly toasted brioche, with just the slightest undertone of tartness (citrus zest and buds). The wine is full of life, with a fresh nose that dances through a spiral of aromas. With a fullness in the mouth, it is earthy, smoky, pearly complexity rises to the surface. The wine is radiant, pure and vibrant.

Beaulieu Vineyard Georges De Latour Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley (2003) - Rated 95 points by Wine Enthusiast. Showcases the best fruit, primarily derived from the original BV vineyards in Rutherford. Aged 20 months in oak, it reflects many decades experience with historic vineyards in Napa. Hand-harvested fruit, whole berries, careful but vigorous extraction during fermentation and gentle handling throughout provide a wine for the ages. Nearly opaque black-ruby color with purple highlights. The aromas show strength of black fruits, licorice, black pepper and minerals, with Rutherford accents of black olive, peppercorn and dark cherry. Full-bodied in texture, with pronounced, dense and concentrated flavors of black currant, mineral, anise sweet vanilla and distinctive minerality.

Beringer Napa Valley Private Reserve Chardonnay - The wine is blended to create an intensely aromatic and flavorful wine featuring citrus, tropical notes of fresh pineapple and mango, creme brulee, brown spice, and butterscotch that come together for a seamlessly long, plush finish.
