    Typically, standard deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with business deliveries before 5:00 PM. Hours may be extended during holidays. Please note in some locations we may need an additional 24 hours for the delivery of exotic flowers, wine and fruit baskets.

        I have one complaint. The day we received the plant the roses didn't look too fresh. I thought maybe because they were dark roses is the reason they look too goog. When I arrived the next day some of the roses were dead. I had to have the arrangement replaced with a new one. The florist used old roses. I was happy I got a new one before our meeting because the arrangement was gift.

        I'm glad customer service was open early in the morning. The person I talked to on the west coast was so helpful. Her name was Michelle Piper, she was so nice and friendly, even though it was 5:00 her time and 8:00 my time. She made sure I had the arrangement in time for my meeting.
