Only the first pressing of the Macabeo and Parellada grapes goes into the making of the cuvee.

    The Reserva Heredad is a complex and smooth Cava that delivers richness without sweetness. Fine bubbles accent flavors of honey, fruit, and flower petals. The palate is excellent, rich and full of flavor, giving the drinker a delightful sense of abundance.

      The gift is very nice. I think that the packaging should have been nicer though. Because it was a gift, I don't believe that just wrapping it in bubble wrap was sufficient.
