Wine on Superbowl Sunday?
Like many of you, I will be going to a party on Sunday to watch the Superbowl. Beer, of course, is the quintessential drink for anything football-related, but what if you want to drink or serve wine instead?
If the party will be offering the standard fare of chili, ribs, chips, and dips, a good wine selection would be a classic Zinfandel. With its full-bodied and firmly tannic structure, Zinfandel can stand up to spicy and deep flavored foods. It is a great wine for sipping on its own, too.
A great wine gift to bring to the party would be our Sonoma Wine Country crate. It features one of my favorite all time Zins, the Ravenswood Old Vine, as well as two other notable wines that would provide wine lovers with a nice selection. Have fun!

Can you add a wish list so that my husband can come and look at all the items I love? That would be wonderful.
