I recently returned from the Fancy Food Show in San Diego and the International Gift Fair in New York. What’s new and what’s hot? Going green and organics are red hot right now. Tea is going to run right over coffee in popularity. High contrast colors of orange, teal and brown are prominent on silhouettes as well as the combo of green, plum and silver. Designer chocolates are big, Big, BIG. Minimalist elegance, easy living comfort and nature inspired designs prevail.
