Traditionally in most western cultures gifts made out of specific materials are given to couples depending on how many years they have been married. In the first it is paper, the eighth year is bronze, 25th silver, and in the 50th gold. I think the As Good as Gold gourmet food basket is a great gift for all 50th anniversaries and your loved ones will too. Let’s face it not all parents or grandparents want silly gold nick knacks to grace their mantles! They probably stuff them under the sofa once you leave anyways!
