Relaxation at Its Finest

Let’s face it. Life is busy! We are over-worked and over-stressed. The worst part is that we do it to ourselves! We are constantly thinking about the next thing on our list; the next job assignment, the next meeting, the project that was due yesterday, what to make for dinner, the laundry that’s piling up, the dog that needs a walk, the kids that won’t go to bed, etc, etc, etc…There never seems to be enough time in the day to even think about thinking about ourselves. Well I think it’s time for a change.

It’s time for some well deserved R&R. For me, the perfect ending to a crazy day is to take a long bath with a good book.   1. I actually had to learn relaxation techniques a few years back because I am a serious type A personality. Believe it or not, aromatherapy is one of the best ways to get into the relaxation mode and scent is a powerful trigger. The smells of this bath set are intoxicatingly divine!
