Relax the Day Away

When is the last time you relaxed for a whole day? The last time you did nothing all day or did something just for yourself all day? As for myself, I really can’t remember. Working full time, keeping up with the house and my 2 dogs, it really is hard to have a full day of relaxation. I may get an hour or two here or there, but I still feel like I’m always going, going, going.

There should be a day where everyone can take the full day to do just want they want. But wait! There is! I just read that August 15 is Relaxation Day. The origins aren’t really known and it seems to have been adopted by Spas. Those Day Spa people are genius, I tell ya! But if you’re like me and can’t afford to spend a day at the Spa, I can think of a few gifts at GiftTree that just might do the trick.

GiftTree has so many spa gifts to help you relax the day away. One of my favorites is the Sunflower Spa Kit that comes with shower gel, bath salts, body butter, candles and a hand towel. This gift is great for that at-home spa day. Or if you want to go a little bit more luxurious, try the Organic Spa Basket and invite a girlfriend over to have a girl’s spa day at home. No matter how you like to relax, I highly recommend taking advantage of Relaxation Day!

  1. I know what you mean about going, going, going! I have been accused of “disappearing” around my house, (only to be found out in the hot tub soaking away my stresses.) If only GiftTree could find a scent for my hot tub, I’d never look anywhere else again. There’s money to be made there!

  2. Scents for hot tubs what a great idea….hmmmmm

  3. I highly recommend a good spa treatment whether at a professional spa or in your own home. I just got back from a spa trip and it was positively wonderful!
