I am a bona fide creepy movie lover, and The Pit and the Pendulum was a classic horror film I loved as a kid. There was this deranged madman played by Vincent Price (the master of horror), who used a pendulum as a torture device. What could be a more diabolical tool for perpetrating evil? Hehehehehe.
