The Gift Exchange

Birthdays, everyone has one. Some look forward to them, others try to avoid them at all cost. Me? I like to say that I am somewhere in the middle, but in reality I love a good party and while I truly love everyone giving me presents (What? At least I am honest about it!), the whole getting older thing seems to be getting scarier and scarier every year. I know I have nothing to really worry about, it is a natural part of life and I know where Ill be when its all said and done. So many great things come with getting older, wisdom, life experiences, great memories. I guess getting older isn’t all that bad. So what if my hair turns gray and I get crows feet. Who cares if it takes me a little longer to get from point A to point B. So far life has been great, and that is worth celebrating!
