    Corporate Gift Programs

Just what does that mean anyway – “Corporate Gift Programs?” Yes, I know it’s vague, but to be honest, it’s supposed to be. You see, corporate gift programs are different for every company. Some companies have gift programs for clients, others for employees, some companies give the same gift to everyone and others organize the recipients in tiers for different budgets. Here are some important factors to consider if your company is contemplating a gift program.

    A Cause for Celebration
What occasion does your company want to recognize with a gift? Many corporations send birthday gifts to clients, but there are many more touch point opportunities. Perhaps you want to thank your clients for a referral or for their business. And don’t overlook your company’s driving force – your employees! Staff can also be recognized with a gift to celebrate a birthday or employment anniversary.

One of the most important factors of a corporate gift program is quantity. The number of gifts ordered each month doesn’t need to be a BIG, but let’s face it. If there isn’t a flow of orders, it’s not really a program. Quantities are expected to fluctuate each month so don’t get too caught up in the quantity question. However, even an estimated number helps determine program features.

Would you like to send each of your employees a Dom Perignon gift for their employment anniversary? Sure, I like the sound of that sale, but that’s not why I’m asking about budget. At GiftTree, our gifts range in price from $25 to $500. When we nail down the budget right away, it helps determine which gifts might be a good fit for your program. That means we can completely ignore the $100 gifts if your budget is $50.

    It’s All in the Details
Shipping to one location or individual recipients? Do you want to include a custom greeting card or stick with our standard gift card? Are you interested in any one of the numerous options to personalize your gifts? Will one person be entering orders or several? Do you have special billing needs? When it comes to gift programs, there is a lot to consider. The good news? We know what we’re doing and we can walk you through every step.

Corporate gift programs have become increasingly popular, even during challenging economic times. Want to find out more or discuss your project with GiftTree’s Corporate Services Team? Give us a call! 1.800.379.4064
