Recently I’ve purchased 2 of the Grand Estates Wine Duets and I gotta tell you I love this gift! I gave one to my mother-in-law for her birthday and one to my uncle for a retirement gift.

This set has a bottle of Columbia Crest Grand Estate Merlot and Columbia Crest Chardonnay. (This amazing duet features one of “Wine Spectator” magazine’s Top 100 Choices for 2007.) It comes in one of the best keepsake boxes I’ve ever seen, and my mother-in-law reused the box and filled it herself for a gift for someone else! My Uncle said that he just cannot get over the way it was delivered all neatly placed inside the gift box. He said that it is one of a kind. This gift can be used for any occasion and the price is very reasonable. So if you have to get a gift for that special person in your life, this one is great no matter who’s on your list!

My favorite gift currently at Gift Tree is the Chocolate Covered Strawberries! I would buy these delicious strawberries as a wedding or anniversary gift to create a special moment for couples. The strawberries come in a beautiful gift box & they are hand dipped in dark & white chocolate, and double dipped & sprinkled with almonds, coconut & mini-chocolate chips. Also the you can get the strawberries decorated to represent a bride & groom! They dip some of the strawberries in white chocolate to represent the bride & the other strawberries are dipped in dark chocolate & white chocolate to create the look of mini tuxedos with bow ties! With the weather so nice and all the yard work to do, many of us are spending a portions of our weekends outside in the yard. My favorite gift right now is the Corporate Clincher. I sent it to my Grandfather for his birthday. When he received the gift, he called me immediately and said it was one of the greatest gifts ever! The first official day of Summer is June 20 and I can’t wait! Warm weather, water fights, vacations. It’s my absolute favorite time of year! And one of my most favorite things to do is barbecue. I got so excited when I saw our new Lullaby Lamb with Nature Sounds!  I even want one for myself. I love hearing the rain and that’s one of the sound options. I also know a couple of expecting mothers who will love this. What a great gift for new moms. Not only is it soft and cuddly, it has 4 options: Mothers heartbeat, spring showers, ocean waves and whale songs. It even has a convenient timer so it’s not playing all night long, just long enough to lull baby to sleep. One of the most popular items in our gift baskets are the popcorns. I am particularly fond of the Sweet Almond Popcorn. It is a sweet and crunchy mix of a specialty popping corn coated with caramelized sugars and tossed with a generous amount of roasted almonds. It is particularly good when warmed in the microwave for a few seconds (don’t over do it!). Clusters of popcorn and nuts are one of my many weaknesses.

A favorite of our customers is the Cranberry Twist. You can recognize it in the baskets by the distinct packaging. The mix is in the box shaped like a triangle. It is a mix of tart cranberries, peanuts, almonds, raisins, pineapple, papaya, and banana chips all kissed with honey. Yummy!

The Citrus Gems are such a huge favorite that one GiftTree employee purchases an entire case of the fruity gems during the holidays. Soft and squishy, they are a fruity delight.

There are so many wonderful gifts we have here at GiftTree. It is almost too hard to choose. My favorite gift that we have right now is the Engraved Chopsticks. They are a wonderful gift for family and friends. The people I have already given them to were excited by how unique and personal the gift is. The chopsticks are very functional, as well as being very attractive looking. You have so many options with the engraving on the chopsticks. When I gave them to my boyfriend I wrote the words that I thought described him best. His reaction to the gift showed me how personal the gift was. You can engrave anything you like, from names to special dates. We are always getting new gifts so I am sure another gift will become my favorite very soon.

I’ve always wished that one of these days someone would be kind enough to send me my favorite flower arrangement that we offer here at GiftTree.
