Enrollment:
To apply for enrollment in GiftTree’s Drop Ship Program, please fill out the online application form. You will receive an email with a Reseller Agreement and Resale Certificate. These forms must be signed and faxed to GiftTree before a new account is activated.
Enrollment Fee:
There is a one time $200 enrollment fee. GiftTree does not charge any annual or monthly maintenance fees. The enrollment fee is charged when reseller’s account is activated.
Pricing:
GiftTree resellers receive a 20% discount off listed retail price. Resellers may determine their own selling prices on all warehouse gift baskets.
Order Processing:
Using a username and password, resellers place orders on our secure website at www.gifttree.com/dropship/. If billing information is stored, it is automatically displayed at checkout to prevent frequently re-entering information. As volume permits, there may be automated alternatives to pass orders.

Product Images:
Approved resellers are encouraged to use our product images while participating in the program. The images are available on the Drop Ship Program product page.
Product Descriptions:
Although GiftTree recommends using provided product descriptions, resellers may choose to write unique descriptions. All descriptions MUST be accurate.
Shipping Prices:
GiftTree utilizes flat-rate shipping costs. When logged into the Drop Ship pages, resellers have access to shipping costs per product.
Hand-delivered Products:
Balloons, fruit baskets, and several wine and gourmet baskets are hand-delivered products. If ordered by 12:00 in the recipient's time zone, the product can be delivered the same-day (unless it is a wine/fruit basket, which typically requires 24 hours notice). Wine delivery restrictions are based on zip code and are handled individually if restrictions hinder a specific order. Hand-delivered items will vary by season, availability, and delivery location but will always be filled to value. (Holiday cut-off times may change)
Alcohol Shipping Restrictions:
An adult signature is required for all deliveries containing alcohol. Some states restrict shipments containing alcohol. GiftTree evaluates destination restrictions and has identified the following 11 states that continuously accept out of state wine shipments: CA, CO, ID, IL, IA, MO, NE, NM, OR, WA & WI. A complete current list of restricted states is available for resellers.
Product Updates:
All resellers are included in GiftTree's product update email distribution list. When a product is changed, resellers will receive an email describing the changes. GiftTree expects all resellers to keep product offerings current and accurate.
Product spreadsheet:
Product information in spreadsheet format is available at www.gifttree.com/files/available_products.txt. This file is updated hourly.
Product Packaging:
Click here to see a sample shipping box. Currently, all orders are shipped in standard GiftTree boxes. Gift card messages (150 character max recommended, 500 character max) are printed on a gift card and attached to the exterior of the box. A limited number of products have the card message printed on the shipping label itself. The shipping label includes GiftTree's warehouse address for return shipments and a 2" x 4" area that reads "A gift from:" followed by your website address.
Custom Orders:
GiftTree does not offer the reseller discount on custom orders. All customized products have a $200 minimum.
